One Pot Rezepte One Pot Hackfleisch Pasta in einem Topf

I love dinners that ask for one pot and give back a full table. This is my weeknight hero. We brown the meat, we stir the noodles, we let the sauce hug every bite. It smells like a cozy night after a long day. It tastes rich and bright at the same time. You find room for many styles here because One Pot Rezepte can flex. I often cook a meat version for us, yet I keep ideas for friends who ask for One Pot Pasta Vegetarisch and One Pot Rezepte Vegetarisch. On busy days I reach for Schnelle One Pot Rezepte. When the oven calls, I switch to One Pot Rezepte Ofen. When I crave noodles fast, I lean on One Pot Rezepte Nudeln. For cravings that feel like comfort, I turn it into a One Pot Auflauf. We cook with calm moves. We keep heat steady. We taste and we adjust. No stress. Just a warm bowl that makes life feel a bit easier.

Anleitung

For the Sauce

  1. Warm the oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook the onion until soft.
  2. Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute.
  3. Add the ground beef and break it up. Cook until browned and no pink remains.
  4. Add the bell pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook for two minutes.
  5. Pour in the tomatoes and the broth. Bring to a gentle boil.

For the Pasta

  1. Stir in the pasta. Cook uncovered at a steady simmer, stirring often, until the pasta is tender and the sauce looks thick and glossy, about 12 to 14 minutes.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add chili flakes if you like heat.
  3. Rest for two minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan and serve.
