  • 600 g chicken thigh fillets trimmed
  • 500 g pork neck sliced
  • 1 large red onion sliced

  • 2 large zucchini cut into planks
  • 2 red bell peppers seeded and quartered
  • 400 g firm tofu patted dry and cubed
  • 200 g mushrooms whole or halved

For Finishing

  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges
  • Flaky salt

Anleitung

Marinate

  1. Whisk the marinade base in a large bowl until smooth.
