  • 400 g ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Anleitung

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, and grated ginger.
  5. Add chili flakes if you want a little kick.
  6. Cook for another few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Serve over hot rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
