Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add the minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Stir in the diced kohlrabi, carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, just until slightly tender.
Pour in the cream and mix everything together. Let it simmer briefly so the flavors come together.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with a light salad or some crusty bread.
