Zutaten

  • 1 large kohlrabi, peeled and sliced into 1 cm rounds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray for Airfryer

Anleitung

  1. Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and beat them lightly.
  2. Place flour in one bowl and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper in another.
  3. Dip each kohlrabi slice first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so it sticks.
  4. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Place the coated kohlrabi slices in the basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd.
  6. Lightly spray with oil and cook for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve warm with a dipping sauce or side salad.
