For the Sauce
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 large onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp paprika sweet
400 g tomato passata
150 ml water
150 ml cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt or to taste
To Serve
Fresh cilantro chopped

Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
