  • 1 tsp fine salt

For the Masala Sauce

  • 2 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves finely grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • 2 tbsp ghee or neutral oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • fresh cilantro for serving

To Serve

  • steamed basmati rice
  • warm naan
  • lime wedges

Anleitung

Marinate

  1. Mix yogurt lemon juice garam masala turmeric chili paprika and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
