For the Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast cut in thin strips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 120 ml buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika sweet
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar
  • 0.5 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 0.5 avocado sliced optional

Anleitung

Cook the Chicken

  1. Warm a large skillet on medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until they turn golden and read 74 C in the thickest part.
