  • 220 g all purpose flour
  • 120 g white sugar
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 2 g fine salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 240 g unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 80 ml neutral oil
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g dark chocolate chips optional

Anleitung

  1. Heat oven to 180 C and line a muffin tin with cups.
  2. Whisk flour sugar baking powder salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl mix applesauce eggs oil milk and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir with a spatula until the flour just disappears.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
